The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Justin Wade Laughlin, 28, 428 N. Claiborne St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Heather Ann Ardoin, 40, 903 Inverery Drive — two counts identity theft $500 to $1,000; forgery; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Davonne Donnell Goodly, 26, 2221 Lilly St. — simple burglary; obstruction of justice; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; resisting an officer.

David Wesley Wilkins, 33, Shreveport — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; ignition interlock device offenses; operating vehicle while license is suspended;careless operation. Bond: $52,700.

Brennan Cordell Pegues, 23, 4212 Louisiana Ave. No. 2 — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Traylon Carrier, 23, 4247 5th Ave. — drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order prohibited; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17. Bond: $8,500.

Jeffery Boyd Flick II, 31, 684 Bryan St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

James Thomas Goodwin Jr., 39, 2117 Commercial St. — illegal possession of stolen firearms; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; drug possession.

Miata Wynesha Gumms, 24, 1618 Badger St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault child endangerment; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Christopher Jerome Cole, 37, 2010 Tulip — armed robbery; armed robbery use of a firearm; second-degree battery. Bond: $300,000.

Dustin Ray Meaux, 35, 1130 California St. — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary. Bond: $17,500.

Eric Austin Miller, 36, 161 Boyd Landry Road, Sulphur — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,00.

Zackery Deshun Fondel, 37, 600 Avenue J No. 45 — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; driving on roadway laned for traffic.

Mark Wayne Guillory, 59, 4200 Luke Powers Road GEO5 — two counts theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts criminal trespass. Bond: $37,500.

Garrett Lee Peak, 34, 1837 Dale St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

Rusty Joseph Benoit, 39, 202 E. Jim Pickens Road No. 15, Sulphur —  aggravated battery; aggravated flight from an officer; illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $115,000.

Joseph Albert Ripley, 35, 231 Keen Drive — violations of protective orders; stalking.

Jonathan Eugene Trahan, 28, 117 La. 109 South, Starks — exploitation of the infirmed; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $35,000.

Lashawn Lynette Lovick, 49, 1306 McNabb St. — domestic abuse battery.

Jack Alvin Richard, 22, 1133 Caesar’s Court, Moss Bluff — pornography involving juveniles.

Caleb Layne Bailey, 18, 3537 Rachel Drive, Sulphur — simple burglary; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $31,500.

Rigsby Dewayne Simmons, 57, 2815 Southern Ridge Drive — domestic abuse aggravated assault; domestic abuse battery.

Damian Scott, 40, Katy, Texas — aggravated arson. Bond: $125,000.

Ronald James Plumber, 35, 407 Jackson St. — unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; misdemeanor sexual battery; obscenity; criminal trespass.

Kernecia Michelle Brown, 27, 8559 Gulf Highway No. 112 — cruelty to juveniles.

Evelyn Joyce Davis, 59, 3118 Aster St. — domestic abuse battery.
