Ronald Ray Jackson

MSgt. Ronald Ray Jackson was born Jan. 2, 1953, to Mr. and Mrs. Manuel (Sylvester) Jackson Sr. in Lake Charles, La. He was the youngest of four children. He served his country honorably for 23 years in the United States Air Force and served 20 years with the State of Louisiana Probation & Parole. 

On Sunday, March 3, 2024, Ronald passed away in Lafayette, La. 

He is survived by his children, Christina Stevens and USAF CMSgt. Christopher Jackson Sr.; five grandchildren, D’Rabia Stevens-Arthur, Christopher Jackson Jr., Cameryn Jackson, Cristian Jackson, and Catrina Jackson; three great-grandchildren, Da’Jae, A’lijah and Madisyn Arthur; brother, Russell Jackson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at New Light Baptist Church in Lake Charles, La. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11 a.m.
