12/13: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Sheila Marie Jeffers, 37, 2740 Hecker Road, Iowa, La. — two counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; four counts drug paraphernalia; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $18,600.

Locklyn Lamar Boutte, 24, Jeanerette — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; revocation of parole. Bond: $5,000.

Anthone Bernard Hillery, 28, 1006 Horridge St. No. 19, Vinton — theft less than $1,000; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; violation of uniform-controlled dangerous substances law-drug-free zone; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $8,698.

Terrill Tremaine Plumber, 31, 2709 General Arnold St. — operating while intoxicated, third offense. KaBond: $10,000.

Katrina Hebert Whitehead, 56, Forman, Ark. — domestic abuse battery.

Ryan Neil Chambers, 39, 10427 La. 27, Singer — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; driving on roadway laned for traffic; one-way roadways and rotary traffic islands; probation detainer.

Tammy Dee Pryor, 24, 197 Stineff Road, Longville — drug possession; direct contempt of court. Bond: $10,000.

Dustin Wayne Mancuso, 36, 315 Vincent Lane, Sulphur — theft less than $1,000; identity theft $1,000 or more. Bond: $21,000.

David Lane Lyons, 34, 1702 Stevenson St., Vinton — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Gregory Shaun Wisner, 37, 611 Edar St., Sulphur — violations of protective orders. Bond: $7,500.

Michael Allen Jacobs Sr., 48, 2221 Lake St. — theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; two counts direct contempt of court; aggravated flight from an officer; five counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $185,000.

Jonathan Noah Guerra Seaman, 26, 121 Crestwood St. — drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons, second offense; amplified devices in public places-quiet zone penalties; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; no seat belt.
