A Iowa, La., man has been arrested for indecent behavior with a juvenile after sending a 15-year-old girl a sexually explicit video of himself.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kayla Vincent said Special Victims Unit detectives received a complaint Sept. 21, 2022, in reference to Maverick Harper, 27, sending inappropriate messages to the girl using his Snapchat account.

Vincent said when detectives interviewed Harper, he confirmed his indecent behavior.

On March 22, detectives issued a warrant signed by Judge Tony Fazzio for Harper’s arrest. He turned himself in on Thursday to the CPSO Warrants Division and was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile.

He was later released on a $150,000 bond.
