Marilyn Elaine Clavier, 59, 4005 Carlyss Drive, Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; one-way roadways and rotary traffic islands; aggravated flight from an officer; no motor vehicle insurance; no seat belt unlawful refusal to submit to chemical tests-arrests for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $13,225.

Apolinar Ramirez III, 36, 400 Ramoin St., Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating while intoxicated, third offense. Bond: $60,100.

Ronald James Bellow Jr., 18, 1626 5th St. — aggravated flight from an officer; resisting an officer; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; obstruction of justice; reckless operation; proper equipment required on vehicles.
