WA: Iowa at Lake Charles College Prep, boys, Friday. The Yellow Jackets need a win to force a tie atop the District 3-4A standings, while the Trail Blazers will look to sweep the series and create a two-game lead in the race.

RA: Elton at Hamilton Christian, boys, Friday. There are no second chances in District 5-1A with one round of district. The Warriors and Indians battle for sole possession of first in the district. Elton has won six of its last seven games, while Hamilton has won three district games by an average of 53 points.

Which is the most interesting soccer playoff game?

WA: Barbe at Captain Shreve, boys, Saturday. The Bucs are the No. 17 seed in Division I and will travel to take on the Gators, but enter on a high note with five wins and a tie in their last eight games.

RA: South Terrebonne at Sam Houston, boy, Friday. The Broncos have put together a historic season with their first district title and school record for wins (15). South Terrebonne has been shutout in its last two games, while Sam Houston won nine games by shutout.

WA: Jackson Avery of St. Louis Catholic scored the lone goal in the Saints’ 1-0 win over Ascension Episcopal in the final game of the regular season and will lead the No. 3 Saints against Union Parish in the first round of the playoffs on Saturday.
