5/12: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Kayla Ann Harrington, 29, 137 Wanda Lane, DeQuincy — illegal possession of stolen things $25,000 or more; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $12,500.

Lydell Joseph Howard, 42, 211 N. Goodman Road — drug possession; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $21,000.

Mark Edward Ancelet, 57, 402 East St., Vinton — domestic abuse battery; aggravated assault.

Trenton D. Bond, 36, Carriere, Miss. — residential contractor fraud $1,500 or more.

Thomas Joseph Young, 41, 107 Cypress Lane, Iowa, La. — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; unlawful refusal to submit to chemical tests, arrests for driving while intoxicated; careless operation;

Amber Nicole Swanson, 24, 2465 La. 391 No. 19 — cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $30,000.

Justin Michael Perry, 38, 1601 Sage Drive — seven counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS.

Tehejah Tatiauna Parkerson, 32, 1313 N. Grace St. — aggravated assault.

Kort Stephen Broussard, 26, 712 E. College St. — two counts aggravated flight from an officer; two counts simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; two counts reckless operation; two counts obstruction of justice. Bond: $83,000.

Sherman Parker Licciardi, 38, Picayune, Miss. — failure to comply with sex offender identification requirements; drug possession; two counts direct contempt of court; resisting an officer.

John Allen Arceneaux, 50, 2437 Lake Charles — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense; pornography involving juveniles; direct contempt of court. Bond: $475,000.

Shermane Ann Turner, 42, 4101 5th Ave. No. 8102 — home invasion; battery of a dating partner, intentional use of force with dangerous weapon; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.
