Art Exhibits

Historic City Hall, 1001 Ryan St., open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday with free admission — Gallery by the Lake: “Hit Me With Your Best Shot” through Oct. 16. First -floor gallery: “Something Old, Something New,” Artisans’ Gallery exhibit begins Sept. 24;  Third-floor gallery: “High Flying and Living Large: The Paintings of James Michalopoulos” through Nov. 27.

Imperial Calcasieu Museum, 204 W. Sallier St., open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, admission $5 for adults, $3 for children and $2 for seniors — “Koasati-Ko-Yomahka Our Coushatta Ways” exhibit through Dec. 23.

Theater

A Block Off off Broadway Community Theatre presents “Clue,” 7 p.m. Oct. 2 and Oct. 9 and 2 p.m. Oct. 3 and Oct. 10 at Strand Theater, 432 N. Main St., Jennings; ticket are $12 and $10 for seniors 60 and older.

Christian Youth Theater presents “Adam’s Family,” 7 p.m. Oct. 15, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Oct. 16 and 3 p.m. Oct. 17 at McNeese State University’s Tritico Theatre; tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children at www.cytlakecharles.org.
