Pennsylvania man accused of sending explicit messages to local girl

A Pennsylvania man has been arrested for sending explicit messages to a local 13-year-old girl, authorities said.
Timothy L. Kelly, 39, 311 S. Fifth St., Jeannette, Pa., was arrested Feb. 11 by Greensburg, Pa., police, said Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kim Myers.
Kelly, who is awaiting extradition, will be charged with online solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior involving a minor, Myers said.
Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $700,000, she said.
Myers said authorities here began investigating in January after receiving a report that the girl had received “numerous nude images and sexually explicit messages via Facebook and text messages from a man she met online.”
