Several CPSO offices to be closed Tuesday for water line repairs

Several Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office departments will be closed to the public Tuesday, Aug. 1, due to repairs on a water line and the disruption of water services:

• Administration

•  Court Records & Bonds

•  Evidence

•  Id/Records

•  Internal Affairs

•  Calcasieu Correctional Center Administration

Offices will reopen as normal on Wednesday, Aug. 2.

There will be a disruption of service to several areas in the Calcasieu Correctional Center that house inmates. Portable restrooms and bottled water will be available for use. There will also be portable restrooms and a restroom trailer onsite for those essential deputies who are unable to leave.
