CPSO Searching For ID of Man Responsible For Theft

News Release

Lake Charles — On September 11, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a business on Ideal Cement Road in Westlake in reference to a burglary and theft. 

During the investigation detectives reviewed video surveillance from the business and learned on September 10 at approximately midnight an unknown man gained access into the business and stole approximately $1,500 worth of tools. 

The surveillance video also showed the man inside the business for approximately 2 hours before loading up the tools in a car and leaving the scene.
