David Louis Fairman Jr., 51, 6675 U.S. 90 East No. 170 — failure to perform any work for 45 days or longer after receiving payments; misapplication of payments prohibited over 1,000. Bond: $10,000.

Lashawn Maria Antoine, 29, 1514 8th St. Apt. C — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $7,500.

Jvaughn Jermaine Guillory, 24, 1932 8th St. — four counts direct contempt of court; three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $59,500.

Steven Wayne Sullivan, 31, 2420 David Lane — drug possession. Bond: $10,000.

Brandon David Wayne Poullard, 33, 1313 Tulane St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Terry Wayne Howard Sr., 84, 2187 E. Gauthier Road — driving on roadway laned for traffic; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; flight from an officer; drug possession; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; headlamps on motor vehicles; operating while intoxicated, first offense. Bond: $72,900.

George Jerome Hadnot, 41, 1012 James Drive, Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, second offense; drug possession; driving on roadway laned for traffic. Bond: $8,100.

Gary Paul Coleman, 42, 800 Granger St. Apt. A Iowa, La. — simple cruelty to animals; domestic abuse battery. Bond: $11,000.

Chase Graham Quirona, 32, 1511 Stevenson St., Vinton — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $75,000.

Hayley Elizabeth Nugent, 42, 1141 Mosswood Road No. 141, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Gerald Deshawn Carrier, 45, 3103 1st Ave. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Mark Anthony Mears, 57, 2705 Watts Road, Moss Bluff — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $40,000.

Ronald James Warren, 55, 101 Washington St. — direct contempt of court;  three counts drug possession. Bond: $16,000.

Michael Scotty Dwayne Taylor, 41, 193 Edna St., DeQuincy — direct contempt of court; obstruction of justice; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; brake equipment required. Bond: $6,100.

Katlyn Michelle Benoit, 20, 2635 Colfax St. — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17.

Chelsey Janay Bryant, 30, 1006 Horrdige St., Vinton — domestic abuse battery; cruelty to juveniles.

Shawn Adam Oliver, 27 174 Calcasieu Ave., Moss Bluff — simple burglary; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $26,500.

Trey Edwin Chaumont, 35, 220 Bruce Circle — obscenity. Bond: $40,000.
