Rodney Dean Simmons, 58 formerly of Canal Fulton, OH, passed away suddenly on August 17, 2021 in his home in Westlake, Louisiana. He was born in Massillon, OH and graduated in 1980 from Northwest High School. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Lake Charles, LA, where he spent the last 40 years in a rewarding career in broadcasting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard D. and Dorothy E. Simmons; brother, Todd A. Simmons. He is survived by numerous cousins and friends. No Services are to be held at this time.
