<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">HATHAWAY — Hathaway High School Family, Career and Community Leaders of America will hold its annual Light It Up Blue Autism Awareness 5-K Run/Walk at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 9, at Founder’s Park, 341 North Main St. in Jennings.</span>

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">Proceeds will benefit children with autism and will help fund research and treatment.</span>

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">The event is open to runners, joggers and walkers of all ages. Registration is $25 by Friday, April 8, and $30 on race day. Registration is 7:30-8 a.m. on race day.</span>

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">Early registration will guarantee a T-shirt on race day.</span>

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">Awards will be presented to the top three runners in youth and adult divisions and to the team with the most participants and most creative T-shirt design.</span>

<span class="R~sep~ACopyBody">Refreshments will be provided.</span>
