Jacob Allen Johnson, 29, 3521 McKinley St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; obstruction of justice; turning movements and required signals.

Dustin Trevon Gibson, 26, 6374 U.S. 90 East No. 144, Iowa, La. — two counts direct contempt of court; aggravated arson; domestic abuse battery-child endangerment. Bond: $21,000.

Ralph Alvin Babin, 67, 2719 Laura Lane — violations of protective orders.

Deborah Joyce Jackson, 66, 1216 Oklahoma St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Cunlin Ye, 42, Alhambra, Calif. — access device fraud over $1,500; illegal transmission of monetary funds.
