Cramer said a second round of showers and thunderstorms will move across the region on Friday.

“Unfortunately, there’s been another signal that this might happen again,” he said.

In the first round, heavy rain and a slow-moving storms will cause the risk of flash flooding. A second round of severe thunderstorms are likely Friday during the afternoon with damaging winds being the main threat.

Cramer said 2-4 inches of rainfall is possible Thursday with a possible total of six inches over the next three days.

He does not expect any tornadoes with this round of storms.
