The following menus for April 29-May 3 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Barbecue rib burger or pulled pork on bun, sweet potato fries, great northern beans, pineapple tidbits, apple.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf or Shepard’s pie, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, mini biscuits, applesauce, plums.

WEDNESDAY: Red beans, sausage or ham over rice, cooked carrots, breaded okra, cornbread, pears, orange.

THURSDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, sweet peas, garden salad and dressing, chewy bread stick, melon cup, banana, vanilla grahams.

FRIDAY: Chicken taquito or cheese quesadilla, guacamole cup, Spanish rice, pinto beans, whole-kernel corn, strawberry cup, apple.


MONDAY: Grape crescent, cheddar cheese cuts or string cheese stick, apricots, banana.

TUESDAY: Mini strawberry and cream cheese bagel or toast with jelly, graham crackers, pineapple tidbits, apple.

WEDNESDAY: Egg and cheese burrito or toast with jelly, yogurt cup, applesauce, orange.

THURSDAY: Scrambled eggs, sausage link, cinnamon roll, pears, peaches.

FRIDAY: French toast sticks with syrup, chicken sausage patty, melon cup, banana.



MONDAY: Cheeseburger, waffle fries, sandwich salad cup, apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Beef burrito, red beans, Spanish rice, taco salad cup, pears.

WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti and meatsauce, broccoli, garden salad, peaches bread stick.

THURSDAY: Cajun couvillion over rice, green beans, steamed carrots, apple.

FRIDAY: Manager’s choice.


MONDAY: Pancake and sausage on a stick, mixed fruit.

TUESDAY: Hash brown casserole, sliced apples.

WEDNESDAY: Breakfast pizza, pears.

THURSDAY: Muffins, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Oatmeal, toast, peaches.



MONDAY: Calzone, marinara cups, seasoned green beans, sweet peaches.

TUESDAY: Mandarin orange chicken with Asian noodles, peas and carrots, broccoli and cheese, strawberry cups, fortune cookie.

WEDNESDAY: Chili cheese hot dogs, French fries, sweet corn, fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, rice, baby carrots, potato salad, tropical fruit salad.

FRIDAY: Apple cinnamon muffins, sweet pineapple.


MONDAY: Breakfast sausage biscuits with raisins.

TUESDAY: Breakfast taco with eggs and cheese, sweet pineapples.

WEDNESDAY: Pancake on a stick, orange wedges.

THURSDAY: Cinnamon rolls, banana.

FRIDAY: Apple cinnamon muffin, sweet pineapple.
