Rachel Deshay Jenkins, 29, 2412 Fox Field Road, Westlake — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $12,500.

Sharonda Michelle Jones, 29, 914 Fall st. — domestic abuse battery; home invasion. Bond: $8,000.

Yutao Frank Zhang, 31, 3400 Ryan St. — failure to possess the required license for home improvements, residential construction required by applicable state, municipal statues. Bond: $6,500.

Brionna Dayjonay Brignac, 20, 829 Walters St. — bank fraud; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; simple battery.

Bradley Jason Wilson, 47, 820 Camp Peal Road, Reeves — drug possession. Bond: $25,000.

Kurt Anthony Anderson, 42, 2103 Opelousas St. — bicycle lamps, rear reflectors; flight from an officer; obstruction of justice; drug possession. Bond: $9,100.

Latasha Lynn Celestine, 38, 418 E. School St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Jaivan Allen Patrick Samuel, 23, 1213 Virgina St. — stalking. Bond: $5,000.

Gabriella Janna Williams Dixon, 31, 2700 Ernest St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia drug possession; obstruction of justice; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of crime or in presence of CDS.

Rasheem Rashad Richard, 35, homeless — direct contempt of court; bicycle lamps and side reflectors; flight from an officer; obstruction of justice; drug possession; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; parole detainer.

Eugene King, 30, 3760 N. Kendrick Road, Sulphur — violations of protective orders.
