Hunter Gage Welch, 22, 6225 Elliot Road No. 1512 — operating while intoxicated, third offense; aggravated flight from an officer.

Terry Wayne Howard Sr., 65, 1307 Sistrunk Road, Moss Bluff — indecent behavior with juveniles. Bond: $750,000.

John Dallas Johnston, 40, 265 High Hope Road, Sulphur — battery of a dating partner-strangulation; false imprisonment. Bond: $25,000.

Richard John Hay, 49, 111 Win Oaks Road Apt. M — simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; hit-and-run driving; reckless operation. Bond: $45,500.

Jefferee William Evans, 30, 1633 La. 109 South, Vinton — illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more. Bond: $35,000.

Lee Albert Smith, 59, League City, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; criminal conspiracy. Bond: $20,000.

Kevonte Dawan Francis, 21, 2521 19th St. — accessories after the fact. Bond: $180,000.

Wilder Isaac Cantillano-Vindel, 18, 2187 E. Gauthier Road No. 305 — attempted second-degree murder; aggravated criminal damage to property. Bond: $800,000.

Patrick Charles Vice, 31, 1508 Center St. — domestic abuse battery. Bond: $25,000.

Javaun Edward Etienne, 30, Eunice — domestic abuse battery; resisting an officer.
