The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Cody Lee Crader, 41, 1015 Paris St. — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
Adrent Damone Carter, 40, 202 S. Storer Ave., Iowa, La. — bicycle lamps, side reflectors; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession. Bond: $5,810.
Irin Lee Monceaux, 59, 131 Kirkman St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $100,000.
Walter JMural Houston, 37, 706 17th St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $100,000.
Randy Ray Williams Jr., 41, 2128 Walker Drive, Westlake — cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $75,000.
Tracy Lynn Guillory, 59, 2160 Wild Flowers Drive — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; exploitation of the infirmed.
Paul Stanley Osteen, 55, 5859 Tom Hebert Road No. 20 — obscenity; disturbing the peace. Bond: $31,000.
William Ernest Armstead, 53, 2813 Fitzenreiter Road — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $40,000.
