Abelarado Enrique Perez-Pena, 60, 2319 Creole St. — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; immigration detainer.

Delbert Leroy Jackson Jr., 54, 5859 Tom Hebert Road No 175 — residential contractor fraud $5,000 or more but less than $25,000; failure to possess the required license for home improvement, residential construction required by applicable state, municipal statues. Bond: $35,000.

Derrick Dwayne Ellis, 41, 333 Mill St. No. 8102 — traffic laws apply to persons riding bicycles; resisting an officer by flight; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Alaysha Chaisson, 23, 1806 16th St. — tail lamps; flight from an officer; resisting an officer by flight; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,000.

Racheal Renee Holloway, 24, 503 N. Blake St. — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $27,500.

Randall Craig Starland, 54, 205 N. Shattuck St. — drug possession; resisting an officer; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; turning movements and required signals; evidence of motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle; driver must be licensed. Bond: $32,500.

Colby Jeremiah Francis, 23, Houston — two counts direct contempt of court; two counts simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000.

Larry Wayne Hines, 57, 629 Louis St. Apt. A — domestic abuse aggravated assault; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments-form a motor vehicle with intent to harm; resisting an officer; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $73,500.

Bruce James Robinson, 52, 4022 Sherry St., Sulphur — direct contempt of court; resisting an officer by flight; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); display of plates. Bond: $5,000.

Phillip Wade Oquinn, 59, Carencro — illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; aggravated flight from an officer; theft of a firearm; theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; direct contempt of court. Bond: $113,000.

Derek Wayne Moss, 41, 2598 Santa Rosa Drive, Moss Bluff — illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; direct contempt of court; aggravated criminal damage to property; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; parole detainer. Bond: $110,000.

Sunni Jo Blanchard, 38, 177 Pine Lane, Ragley — drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); two counts theft less than $1,000; criminal trespass; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Damien Terrell Miller, 44, 1002 Louisa Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery; speeding in an established zone; direct contempt of court.
Eric Mathew Hebert, 63, 2076 Orleans Run Drive, Moss Bluff — two counts drug possession; two counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $8,000.
