Forrest Burley LeDoux

Forrest “Burley” Ledoux, 71, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 in his residence.

He was a native and lifelong resident of Sulphur. Burley worked as an operator with Citgo and retired after 35 years of service. He enjoyed watching football and spending time with his family. 

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Eva LeDoux; his children, Donna Rinto, Bryan LeDoux and wife, Blanca Nicole, Sarah LeDoux, Sarah Webb, and Bryan Cannatella and wife, Kayla; his brother, Darrel LeDoux, all of Sulphur; 13 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Sybil LeDoux; his son, Curt Patrick Deshotel; a brother, Jerry LeDoux, and a grandson, Collin LeDoux.

A Celebration of Burley’s Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 11, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home, led by Hixson’s Celebrant, Jody Barrilleaux. Burial will be in Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Monday in the funeral home.
