At 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, the beloved Whataburger brand returns to Lake Charles as the new location begins operations at 1835 Country Club Road.

Operating Partner Bennett Champagne and his team of 100 Family Members — what Whataburger calls its employees — will welcome guests to the new restaurant, owned by Whataburger franchisee GVCS Inc.

The location will open with 24/7 drive-thru service only, with breakfast available from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. Dine-in, curbside, and delivery services online and through the Whataburger App will become available in the coming weeks.
