The following menus for Feb. 26-March 1 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Chicken fried beef patty or fingers with mashed potatoes and gravy or baked potato half with shredded cheese cup, great northern or navy beans, chewy bread stick, fruit cocktail, grapes or plums.

TUESDAY: Chili mac with biscuit or chili over cornbread bowl, cooked carrots, creamy coleslaw, pineapple tidbits, banana.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue or lemon pepper baked chicken or chicken biscuit, sandwich, baked beans, sweet potato with orange glaze, homemade roll, peaches, apple.

THURSDAY: Orange popcorn chicken or chicken patty, fried rice, vegetable melody, mandarin oranges, pears, sugar cookie.

FRIDAY: Pizza, sweet peas or carrot sticks with ranch dressing, garden salad, melon cup, banana.


MONDAY: Breakfast pizza, hash brown, pears, apple.

TUESDAY: Whole-grain biscuit, pork sausage patty, frozen peach cup, grapes or plums.

WEDNESDAY: Cheese toast or grape crescent, oatmeal, pineapple tidbits, banana.

THURSDAY: Mini French toast with syrup, sausage patty, peaches, grapefruit or apple.

FRIDAY: Mini strawberry and cream cheese bagel, yogurt with granola, mandarin oranges, pears.



MONDAY: Cheeseburger, waffle fries, sandwich salad cup, apple crisp.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti and meat sauce, green beans, corn, mixed fruit, rolls.

WEDNESDAY: Jambalaya or pork and gravy, sweet potatoes, tossed salad, peaches.

THURSDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, carrot sticks with dip, fruit cup.

FRIDAY: Fish sticks, French fries, peas, mixed fruit, roll.


MONDAY: Breakfast pizza, pears.

TUESDAY: Chicken biscuit, mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Cinnamon toasted rolls, ham, pears.

THURSDAY: Breakfast burrito, mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Toasted pastries, mixed fruit.



MONDAY: Beef nachos, salsa cup, refried beans and cheese, applesauce cups.

TUESDAY: Mandarin orange chicken with Asian noodles, peas and carrots, broccoli and cheese, strawberry cups, fortune cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Chili cheese dogs, French fries, sweet corn, fruit cocktails.

THURSDAY: Chicken and sausage gumbo, potato salad, baby carrots, tropical fruit salad.

FRIDAY: Calzone, marinara cup, seasoned green beans, chilled peaches.


MONDAY: Sausage biscuits, boxed raisins.

TUESDAY: Breakfast taco, pineapple tidbits.

WEDNESDAY: Pancake on a stick, orange wedges.

THURSDAY: Cinnamon rolls, banana.

FRIDAY: Apple cinnamon muffins, pineapple tidbits.

THURSDAY: Gumbo, rice, black-eyed peas, dark green salad with cherry tomatoes, applesauce.


MONDAY: Cinnamon swirls, mixed fruit cup.

TUESDAY: Whole-grain burrito with egg, turkey sausage and cheese, peach cup.

WEDNESDAY: Pancake on a stick, mandarin oranges, raisins.

THURSDAY: Country white gravy breakfast pizza, strawberry cup.
