Rose Drummond, 45, 4000 Hodges St. — drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $18,000.

Richard Allen Richmond, 44, Lafayette — drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $11,000.

Zion Michael Durham, 22, 1890 Esther Drive 12C, Moss Bluff — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; identity theft less than $300. Bond: $12,500.

Kahero Okang Baldwin, 43, 3103 8th St. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; three counts drug possession.

Andrew Paul Broussard, 29, 3113 1st Ave. — second-degree rape.

Michael Patrick Watson, 47, Alvin, Texas — obtaining CDS from multiple health care practitioners.

Joseph James Miller, 31, 2437 Ory Road — resisting a police officer with force or violence; public bribery; disturbing the peace. Bond: $6,000.

Clifton Michael Falcon, 40, Youngsville — direct contempt of court; residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $40,000.

Dedrick Lee Fontenot, 49, 1828 3rd St. — three counts direct contempt of court; simple burglary; resisting an officer by flight; drug possession; unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.

Luis Fernando Cruz-Gomez, 24, 2229 Rose St. — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Deanna Labell Dobbins, 50, Orange, Texas — receipts and universal product code labels $500 to $1,500; criminal conspiracy; organized retail theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000.

Daniel Rodriguez, 42, Orange, Texas — receipts and universal product code labels $500 to $1,500; criminal conspiracy; organized retail theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000.
