SW La. school lunch menus Feb. 5-9

The following menus for Feb. 5-9 for area schools have been submitted by supervisors of food services. Menus are subject to change.

MONDAY: Meatball sub or cheesy rice and meatballs casserole, baked potato half, broccoli and ranch dressing, mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Chicken spaghetti or Cajun chicken pasta, yam patty, creamy coleslaw, fruit cocktail, apple.

WEDNESDAY: Potato soup with diced ham or cheeseburger soup, carrot sticks with ranch, breadstick or cheddar cheese crackers, pineapple rings with cherries.

THURSDAY: Jambalaya, vegetarian or kidney beans, mustard greens, grapes or plums, grapefruit, honey graham snacks.

FRIDAY: Pizza-stuffed sandwich or mozzarella cheese-stuffed sticks, cream-style corn, celery sticks with sun butter, peaches, raisins.

Breakfast

MONDAY: Breakfast pizza, has brown, apricots, apple.

TUESDAY: Mini whole-grain biscuits, pork sausage patty, mandarin oranges, blueberries.

WEDNESDAY: Whole-grain cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese or cheese toast, fruit cocktail, apple.

THURSDAY: Oatmeal or oatmeal muffin square, muffin, raisins, banana.

FRIDAY: Mini waffles with syrup, peach Cheerios cereal bar, grapes, orange.

MONDAY: Chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, carrots, green beans, apple.

TUESDAY: Beef and gravy with rice, corn, sweet potatoes, mixed fruit, rolls.

WEDNESDAY: Baked chicken, broccoli cheese rice, garden salad, peaches, roll.

THURSDAY: Chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, red beans, taco salad cup, fruit cup.

FRIDAY: Manager’s choice.

TUESDAY: Hash brown casserole, sliced apples.

WEDNESDAY: Cinnamon rolls, peaches.

WEDNESDAY: Chili cheese burritos with Texas ranchero beans, broccoli and cheese, chilled peaches.

THURSDAY: Jambalaya, sweet potatoes, sliced cucumbers, cornbread muffins, applesauce cups.

FRIDAY: Cheeseburger, French fries, baked beans, strawberries, cookies.
