Rusty James Lyons, 33, 206 Duby Lane, Sulphur — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary. Bond: $6,500.

Jose Mario Bautista, 25, 3970 Gerstner Memorial Drive No. 59 — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Charles Dayne Cowart, 44, 633 S. Joseph St., Welsh — operating while intoxicated, third offense; hit-and-run driving; careless operation. Bond: $43,600.

Deandre Joseph Beck, 22, 6848 Gold St. — three counts direct contempt of court; illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; bank fraud; attempted first-degree murder; attempted possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $850,000.

Brittany Christine Cummings, 27, 7135 Fourth St., Bell City — simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000.

Jmyrick James Banks, 22, 1813 Pear St. — violations of protective orders; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; switched license plates; driver must be licensed. Bond: $11,200.

Donovan James Scott, 27, 411 N. Jake St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple burglary; two counts probation violation.

Alexis Mercedes Moak, 23, 480 Peach St., DeQuincy — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; armed robbery-use of a firearm; false imprisonment-offender armed with dangerous weapon; aggravated assault with a firearm. Bond: $100,000.

Moree Kristene Carsten, 20, 1109 Lori Lane, Sulphur — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; armed robbery-use of firearm; false imprisonment-offender armed with dangerous weapon; aggravated assault with a firearm. Bond: $100,000.

Patrick Joseph Thibodeaux, 56, 420 Ford St. — resisting an officer; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; criminal trespass. Bond: $5,000.

Amber Nichole Murray, 47, 1226 Sherwood Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-intentional use of force with dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury.

Edith Eva Lavergne, 43, 335 Dobbertine Road — three drug possession; three counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; direct contempt of court; possession of synthethic marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $24,250.

Michael Adam Mathis, 33, 335 Dobbertine Road — resisting an officer by refusal to I.D; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $20,500.
