“Christmas at the Courthouse is a great way to kick off the Christmas season,” said Calcasieu Parish Police Jury President Chris Landry. “Bring the family out to take photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, drink hot cocoa, and watch a classic Christmas movie – all for free. Come on out and join in on the fun.”

The event will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. The cancellation will be announced in the media, as well as on the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury’s website at and on CPPJ’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
