Betty Augustine, 93, of Sulphur, passed away Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023. Betty was born Nov. 8, 1929 in Mamou, La. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 79 years, Wilton Augustine; daughters, Jo Ellen Stone of Carlyss, and Nancy Miller and husband Donnie of Sulphur; son, Boogie Augustine and wife Debbie of Hackberry; along with seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and son in law, Paul Stone.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
