Tamiah Zha’ne McDonald, 25, Orange, Texas — aggravated second-degree battery; disturbing the peace. Bond: $28,000.

Teddy James Wayne Charles, 50, 5020 Pecan Acres Drive — domestic abuse battery. Bond: $5,000.

Luis Gerardo Valdivieso-Martinez, 37, Freeport, Texas — battery of a dating partner, first offense; resisting an officer. Bond: $9,000.

Joseph Anthony Cantu, 43, 4005 Carlyss Drive, Sulphur — battery of a police officer, injury that requires medical attention; battery of a police officer; battery of a dating partner, serious bodily injury; two counts drug possession; two counts resisting a police officer with force or violence; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Harrison Morehouse Machauer, 26, Orange, Texas — three counts residential contractor fraud $25,000 or more; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; direct contempt of court; residential contractor fraud more than $1,000. Bond: $41,000.

Kahero Okang Baldwin, 43, 3103 8th St. — two counts drug possession. Bond: $50,000.

Terrance Waylen Bryant, 46, 1432 Commercial St. — three counts drug possession. Bond: $75,000.

Loren Antonio Daniel, 27, Houston — resisting an officer by flight; obstruction of justice; resisting a police officer with force or violence. Bond: $12,350.

James Harland Hays Jr., 32, 1067 La. 27, DeQuincy — second-degree battery. Bond: $35,000.

Amanda Faye Phelps, 44, 5355 Southpark Road No. 7209 — two counts direct contempt of court; forgery; attempted theft less than $1,000.

Jonathan Carl Johnson, 34, 1605 7th St. — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

Darius Cortez Simmons, 22, 3103 8th St. — four counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; direct contempt of court. Bond: $81,000.

Jamien Joseph Watkins, 24, 2027 Cline St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; theft less than $1,000; obstruction of court orders; unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
