Jiu Jitsu relies on leverage and technique, rather than strength and size, which allows the individual to defend their selves against much bigger, stronger attackers. As a result, Jiu Jitsu is a great sport for everyone – including women and kids and is one of the fastest growing martial arts.

Tyler Scalisi is a black belt and has trained for the last 12 years, teaching for the last 11.  He is currently ranked in the top 20 middleweights in the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation.
