Amanda Dunice McClelland, 40, 724 12th St. — obtaining rented or leased motor vehicle by false representation or failure to return. Bond: $25,000.

Chris Wayne Breaux, 41, 1003 Bank St. — theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; issuing worthless checks less than $1,000; violations of protective orders. Bond: $22,600.

Bryan James Saunders, 47, Houston — domestic abuse battery.

Corey Allen Chesson, 31, 4127 Ellis St. — three counts direct contempt of court; drug possession.

Rocky Lynn Benoit, 41, 1109 Lori Lane No. 2, Sulphur — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $25,000.

Lindsay Beth Halpin, 46, homeless — theft of a firearm; theft less than $1,000. Bond: $22,000.

Karrah Janey Parker, 22, 9228 Barn Stable Drive — aggravated assault with a firearm. Bond: $45,000.

Cedrick Jerome Washington, 37, Baytown, Texas — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple burglary; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.

John Martez Guillory, 24, 1310 G. Brown Road, Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse aggravated assault; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Jeremy Paul Tommasi, 44, 883 Helms Road — communication interference. Bond: $7,500.

Adam Cornelius Buller, 38, 2434 Fox Run Drive, Westlake — domestic abuse battery, serious bodily injury; second-degree battery; direct contempt of court; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; criminal trespass. Bond: $252,500.

Derrick Alijah Haley, 19, 6553 Corbina Road — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

Jerry Lynn Jasmine Jr., 45, 1130 Garfield St., Westlake — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; child endangerment law-operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first or second offense; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; following vehicles; child passenger restraint system.

Darniel Dewayne Drake, 44, Lafayette — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.

Makeithen Wayne Crawley, 18, 1205 Field St., Westlake — resisting an officer; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more); four counts drug possession; obstruction of justice; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; aggravated flight from an officer. Bond: $102,500.

Elijah Jamal Lewis, 22, 2368 Tuna Lane — four counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; resisting an officer; obstruction of justice.  Bond: $47,000.

Gary Oneal Johnson Jr., 21, 3619 Texas St. — aggravated battery. Bond: $5,000.
