The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Zyna Nicol Higginbotham, 32, 132 N. Wayside Drive, Westlake — theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; theft of a firearm. Bond: $25,000.

Victoria Jermaine Richard, 26, 625 N. Lincoln St. — theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; theft of a firearm. Bond: $25,000.

Divion Avante Francis, 20, Bridge City — general speed law; all drivers must secure license; no seat belt; reckless operation; aggravated flight from an officer; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $41,325.

Davonn Antonio Warren, 35, 201 S. Bowers Ave., Iowa, La. — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; five counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $186,000.

Phillip Dakota Stevens, 28, Dundein, Fla. — domestic abuse battery; direct contempt of court.

Charmeka Marche Thornton, 30, Baton Rouge — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; driving on roadway laned for traffic; drug possession; possession of or dealing in firearms with obliterated number or mark; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $23,100.

Joshua Caleb Shelden, 46, 7930 Clearview Drive No. 34 — domestic abuse battery, third offense.

Rodney Joe Abrams, 48, Bogalusa — residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

Lavonta Jamall Bigelow, 22, 713 Murbelle Road — aggravated battery; aggravated assault with a firearm; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Paul Edward Harbor, 25, 3956 W. Savannah Lakes Drive — domestic abuse battery, pregnant victim.

Rhonda Lois Haines, 47, 2575 Carlo Henry Road — domestic abuse battery.

Jason Keith Smith, 46, 2002 Enterprise Blvd. — illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $19,000.

Ricky Dudley Smith, 51, 4636 Jim Drake Road, Starks — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, first offense; no motor vehicle insurance; operating vehicle while license is suspended; careless operation; drug possession.

Alejandro Carlos Mitchell, 34, 911 Welsh St., Welsh — violations of protective orders; direct contempt of court. Bond: $5,000.
