Russell G. Ezell, 75, of Sulphur, La. passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at his home in Sulphur, La., surrounded by his family.
He was born on Aug. 7, 1946 in Lake Charles, La. Russell was a graduate of Marion High School and retired as a maintenance technician with Hancock Whitney Bank.
Russell is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Deborah Benoit Ezell of Sulphur, La.; brother, Dana Ezell of Grand Lake, La.; daughter, Jamie Ezell of Oconomowac, Wis.; son, Sean Ezell of Sulphur; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Florence Ezell; brothers, Brian Ezell and Glen Ezell; and sister, Katheleen “Frankie” Ezell.
His visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, with cremation to follow.
