Under the administration of Barak Obama/Joe Biden, Putin overran Crimea in March, 2014. Under the administration of Joe Biden/Kamala Harris, Putin is attempting the same with Ukraine. What is the common denominator?
It seems strange to me that despite many accusations against the former President that are now unfounded, Russia bided its time for Biden.
