Mary Nell Senegal-Gobert, 90, was born in Woodlawn, La., on Nov. 2, 1931. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in Austin, Texas, on March 5, 2022.
She is survived by her sister Mary Walls and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022, at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 503 West 2nd St., Iowa, LA 70647. Father Pradeep Gali, HGN will officiate. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m. with a Rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Bon Pasteur Cemetery on Hwy 99 South in Welsh, La., under the direction of Semien-Lewis Mortuary of Jennings, La.
