Missing Sulphur man located in Galveston

A 38-year-old Sulphur man reported missing on Dec. 6, 2021, has been located in Galveston, Texas.
The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office said Ronald W. Richard Jr. last had contact with his family on Dec. 2, 2021. He had last been seen on foot on Woods Loop in Vinton.
