John Lee Louviere, 67, of Merryville, La., passed from this life on Monday, Jan. 10, 2022.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 20 years, Charlotte Hickman Louviere; daughters, Kayla Bellard of Ragley, La., Jamie Louviere of DeQuincy, La.; brothers, Ricky Louviere and Genall of Iowa, La., Ray Wayne Louviere and Tammy of New Jersey; sisters, Vicky Breaux and Melard of Iowa, La., Sharon Renee Gary and Kenneth of Jennings, La., Bobbie Griffiths of Jennings, La., Linda Benoit of Sulphur, La.; grandchildren, Vadah Louviere, Tristan Bellard, Brock Bellard, Alexis Jacks, Keith Jacks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Bernice Louviere.

A family visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022 followed by a public visitation for friends from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, La. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022, also at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Brother Guy Snider will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Dalton Hickman, Jake Hickman, Ricky Louviere Jr., Troy Thibodeaux, Randy Louviere, Donnie Hickman, Darrell Hickman, Dalton Mouton. Burial will follow at Old Cypress Cemetery in Rosepine, La.

Services are under the direction of Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder, La.
