Priscilla Rozas Fruge of Lake Charles, native of Eunice, La., passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, in Boerne, Texas. She was a retired nurse from Internal Medicine Clinic. She was a lifetime member of Post 1 American Legion Ladies Auxillary and also a member of the Optimist Club. She loved volunteering at the SWLA War Veterans Home in Jennings, La. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, making candy for her friends and family, coloring and most of all, she loved volunteering at her church, Water’s Edge food pantry. She was an avid LSU and Saints fan.

Pris was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Carrol J. Fruge; her mother, father and one sister.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her children, David (Sally) Fruge, Kathy (Craig) Jordan, Carolyn Renee Daigle and Sandy (Carrol) Doty; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters.

She donated her body to LSU Medical Science. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
