The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Cody Allen Fontenot, 31, 5859 Tom Hebert Road No. 132 — five counts drug possession; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; direct contempt of court; illegal possession of stolen things less than $1,000.

Byron Keith Johnson, 30, Baton Rouge — drug possession; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $70,500.

Desmond Jeremaine Scott, 32, 220 Eddy St. — two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $8,000.

Kevin Joseph Chambers, 41, 1128 N. Prater St. ‚ domestic abuse battery.

Christopher Bartie Jr., 28, 108 N. 1st Ave. ‚ domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; unauthorized use of a moveable (misdemeanor); simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.

Lee Garrett Daughdrill, 34, 607 McKinley St., Westlake — theft from $25,000 or more; three counts forgery; three counts bank fraud; exploitation of the infirmed. Bond: $20,000.
