In this edition of the Three Point Stance, Rodrick Anderson and Warren Arceneaux preview the upcoming week in small schools football.

What is the best game of the week involving an area Class 1A/2A team?

WA: DeQuincy at Kinder. The Yellow Jackets are in an unfamiliar spot — fighting for a playoff berth. The Tigers are hoping to finish strong to secure a first round home playoff game. Kinder has won the last nine meetings dating back to 2011.

RA: Welsh at Lake Arthur. Both teams are coming off big wins as they head into the annual game between Jeff Davis Parish rivals. Lake Arthur enters the week ranked 34th in the Class 2A power rankings and needs to stop the Greyhounds’ RB Cohen Fontenot. Welsh has some wiggle room at No. 22.
