American Press Circulation Department handles requests for subscription starts, stops and suspensions during normal business hours, between 8 a.m and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Complaints about missing or damaged newspapers are handled between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 7 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Sunday. At other times, voice mail messages are taken.
