Authorities looking for Lake Charles shooting suspect

Lake Charles police are searching for a man believed to be involved in a shooting on White Street.
Deputy Chief Mark Kraus said police currently believe that the victim was lured to an abandoned house at 336 White Street to be robbed.
A search of the of the house and the surrounding area did not yield the suspect, he said.
The suspect was described as a 6-foot tall black male, with slim build, Kraus said. The man was said to be wearing all black with a bandana across his face.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury, Kraus said.
