BELL CITY (AP) — Snipe hunting will open Monday at the Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge for a season that will run
through Feb. 18.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service officials say hunting will be open every day from a half hour before sunrise until sunset.
Hunters are required to carry a signed copy of the refuge regulations while hunting.
Hunting dogs are permitted but must remain under control of the hunter.
A post hunt "Harvest Form" must be filled out after each hunt at the self-clearing check station near the entrance to the
Refuge Visitor Center.
