LAFAYETTE (AP) — A 20-year-old Crowley man has been sentenced to seven years in federal prison for using his cellphone to video two drugged girls having sex with others, then driving into Texas with the phone.

The Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/1ecng7n) U.S. District Judge Richard Haik also sentenced Tylerton James Clement to five years supervised release after he leaves prison and ordered him to register as a sex offender once he’s released from prison.

Clement pleaded guilty Jan. 7 to the April 2011 incident.

U.S. Attorney Stephanie Finley said in a release two boys, both under 18, picked up two 13-year-old girls, gave them drugs and took them to a Crowley hotel for sex.

At some point, Finley said Clement walked in and started to video the four with his cellphone.
