The Harbor’s Edge and Indian Bay pavilions at Prien Lake Park will reopen to the public and be available to rent starting Thursday, Aug. 1.

The two pavilions have been closed since August of 2020 for hurricane repairs. Harbor’s Edge is enclosed, air-conditioned and has a large reception area and two meeting rooms. Indian Bay is an open-air facility with large fans for cooling.

Prien Lake Park, located at 3700 West Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles, is managed by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury.
