Arrested Moreau

Jefferson Davis Sheriff’s office received a complaint on September 24, 2018 of fraudulent use of a credit card.

The victim reported several unauthorized purchases totaling $265.11.

Detectives working the investigation discovered a second victim on October 4, 2018 that had unauthorized charges totaling $1,341.14 to their credit cards. 

The subject identified as responsible for the unauthorized charges used her phone number during some of the transactions for food services. 

A warrant was obtained for Olivia Mariah Moreau, 22, of 1108 South Lake Arthur Avenue, Lot #42, Jennings.

Moreau was arrested on Tuesday October 9, 2018, charged with 2 counts of Identity theft, Theft over $1000, Theft less than $1,000, Unauthorized entry into inhabited dwelling and contempt of court on an another unrelated case.
