‘Galentine’s Day’ event Feb. 13 in DeRidder

Special to the American Press

West Mane Salon & Boutique and the DeRidder Main Street Office are collaborating on a “Galentine’s Day” event 6-9 p.m. Feb. 13 in downtown DeRidder.

“Galentine’s Day” is a day for women to celebrate their friendships with their lady friends.

The event will include shopping, snacks, fun activities, photos with friends, art and more.

DeRidder Main Street merchants are participating and will be open late.

Outside vendors are not being accepted. The event, however, will include some regular DeRidder Farmer’s Market vendors. The market is in the Main Street District.

Visit “DeRidder Main Street” on Facebook for updates.
