Oakdale man arrested for selling drugs

An Oakdale man has been arrested for selling illegal narcotics from his residence, authorities said. 

The Allen Parish Narcotics Task Force said it received information in mid-February that Jacob Paul Cloud was selling the drugs to known users from the location.

On Feb. 23, officers conducted a search of the residence and found evidence of street sales, synthetic marijuana, hydrocodone, alprazolam, digital scales, drug paraphernalia and a substantial amount of crystal methamphetamine. 

Cloud was booked in the Allen Parish jail and charged with several felony drug charges.


The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Steven Bryant Lassien, 41, 915 Eddy St., Vinton — tail lamps; two counts aggravated flight from an officer; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; reckless operation. Bond: $11,600.

Ledale Marquist Gray, 29, 210 Gelpi Drive — required position and method of turning at intersections; drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $9,100.

Terrance Jerome Brignac, 28, 2808 Eighth St. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Christy Lee Robinette, 36, 1740 Sixth Ave., No. 28 — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Kimberly Christine Book, 35, 3555 Thibodeaux St. — domestic abuse battery.

Jordy Jade Johnson, 32, Baton Rouge — extortion. Bond: $7,500.

Charles Christopher Guillory, 47, 800 Ave. J, No. 6 — 12 counts direct contempt of court. Bond: $24,000.

Robert Ryan Huffman, 48, 220 Bruce Circle, No. 4 — domestic abuse battery. 

Drew Marshall Philip Wiltz, 23, 4381 Gordon Woods Drive — illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; excessive noise prohibited. Bond: $6,000.

Kevin Shane Boswell, 31, 20170 Alexandria Highway, Leesville — identity theft. Bond: $5,000.

Christina Leigh Weaver, 33, 2971 La. 3059, N. 34 — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary. Bond: $12,500.

Millard Todd Rogers, 50, Batchelor — domestic abuse battery.

Amber Marie Payne, 28, 4017 Ellis St. — simple battery; monetary instrument abuse. Bond: $5,000.

Jacob Russell Malone, 44, 2334 Regena Drive — dating partner abuse child endangerment law-misdemeanor; second-degree battery. Bond: $10,000.

Albert Lee Breaux Jr., 38, 624 Goodman Road, No. 1 — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $10,000.

Matthew Vernon Coker, 44, 910 Seventh Ave. — domestic abuse battery; domestic abuse aggravated assault; drug possession. 

Dominick Joseph Gioia, 57, 514 Laurence Breaux Road, Vinton — domestic abuse battery; violations of protective orders. Bond: $10,000.

Victor Zuriel Hernandez, 29, 4650 Nelson Road, No. 1716 — domestic abuse battery.

Fernando Esteban Nino, 26, Pharr, Texas — second-degree battery; simple battery. Bond: $7,500.

Kevin Wayne Bourque, 56, 5424 Powell Lane — cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $5,000.

Ronald Hilliard Jr., 28, 2832 General Doolittle Ave. — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment.

Andrew Elizabeth Jones, 49, 619 Bank St. — theft $750 to $5,000; bank fraud; three counts drug possession. Bond: $10,000.

Brandon Demoine Franklin, 34, 3700 Ohio St. — simple battery; domestic abuse aggravated assault; aggravated assault with a firearm; aggravated battery. Bond: $50,000.

Delron Jerome Gordon, 48, 1105 Garfield St., Westlake — possession of marijuana, first offense; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense-misdemeanor; five counts drug possession. Bond: $120,500.
