Topsy murder investigation nets second arrest
Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff’s detectives arrested a subject yesterday for involvement in the murder of Devin Marc Sanders on August 10, 2018 in Topsy.
Corey James Lapoint, 33, of 5747 Topsy Bell Road, Ragley, La. was arrested on warrant for Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Murder and Simple Battery.
David Wade Clark 28, of 2791 Williamsport Drive, Lake Charles, La. was arrested for the murder of Sanders on August 21, 2018.
Additional arrests are expected in this investigation.
